Planting 1,071 trees in Ga-Rankuwa & Shoshanguve

In February a donation of 1,071 trees was made by KMSA to 40 schools in Ga-Rankuwa and Shoshanguve.Staff from Pretoria branch kicked off the tree planting in mid February at Rantailane Secondary School in Ga-Rankuwa – 50 trees were planted to provide shade for the playground.Elizabeth Mbokane, training officer at the branch was greeted with cheers from the high school students when she addressed them in Tswana.Her advice to them was as follows; “This event is not only about today, you need to take care of the trees going forward, as they give us oxygen.”
